These Terms govern access to KZM Cloud. By starting a free trial, purchasing a plan or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Acceptable Use, Privacy and Refund policies.
Seven-day free trial
Eligible new customers may receive seven days of cloud access without providing a debit or credit card. No payment is taken, no payment method is stored and the trial does not renew automatically. Trial access ends automatically after seven days unless the customer separately purchases a paid plan.
Trial eligibility
The free trial is limited to one per customer and account. Creating duplicate accounts to obtain repeated trials is prohibited and may result in suspension.
Paid subscriptions and cancellation
A paid monthly subscription begins only when the customer separately chooses the subscription and completes Stripe checkout. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Customers may manage billing or cancel through My Account and the secure Stripe billing portal.
Money-back guarantee
The fourteen-day money-back guarantee begins on the first paid subscription charge. It does not apply to the free trial because no trial payment is taken, or to later renewal charges except where applicable law requires otherwise. Requests must be submitted through My Account or support@kzmcloud.com within fourteen days after the first paid charge.
One-time access plans
Plans identified as one-time purchases provide access for the displayed period and do not renew automatically.
Fair use
Plans do not display a fixed storage or bandwidth quota, but reasonable fair-use controls apply. We may restrict excessive automated traffic, public distribution, reselling, activity that harms service availability or usage that creates disproportionate operational risk.
Your content
You retain ownership of your files and confirm that you have the legal right to store them. You grant KZM Cloud only the limited permission necessary to host, process, protect and deliver the files through the service.
Availability and backups
We work to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or permanent preservation. You must keep independent backups. Uploads stop when access expires, and files may be deleted after any stated grace period.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
